Not a popular cabinet in the arcades, this was a re-skin of a Japan-only game with only minor changes.  For some reason, you are Dracula (who carries a very large mace), and you are freeing your vampire women(?) from a fairly non-descript villain.  Due to the complete lack of relationship to the source material, it has become somewhat of a cult favorite, featured in a number of memes in the early 2000s.
