Vintage Meets Vintage

In the 80s and 90s, arcades were the place to be.  You could hang out at the mall, see your friends, and buy some fun for 25¢ a pop.

In the 80s, you had the classics, like Pac-man, Galaga, and Centipede.  The 90s saw the rise of the fighting game, with Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat, and brawlers such as TMNT and the X-Men.

Here at Sidepiece Studios, we put a lot of quarters in a lot of machines, at the mall, the 7-11, and on the drag.  Show us a machine and we can tell you where we first played it, and possibly who with.

We’re here to impart a little bit of that to you.  We’re taking all the memories of all those arcades, and turning it into new nostalgia that you can display proudly wherever you want it:  your refrigerator, your wall, your desk, your laptop, your life.

We’re creating games that never existed, but maybe should have.  And maybe we’re making some art along the way too.
